
Ok so we didn't spend much time thinking of a name for this one. It is exactly what it says -- two workouts in one day!
It's probably a smart idea to do one in the morning and one in the evening, but if you're like me and you're not a morning person and you have to be at work at the crack of dawn... that early morning workout is most likely not going to happen. So figure out the timing that will work for you and DO IT. And make them at least 30 minutes each! (No carrying your groceries in from the car and counting that as "workout #2"!)
Personally, I plan on stopping at the gym on the way home from work for a good cardio workout, and then doing an at-home strength training DVD after dinner has settled.
