Day 1: The Gallon Challenge


Today's challenge is a good way to start the 30 day fitness challenge. We call it the "Gallon Challenge". We've noticed that dehydration is a huge problem for us when we are working out, and especially when we are dieting. I've known a lot of people (especially my friends who wanted to lose weight after having a baby) that constantly drink water and have lost a lot of weight. Also, leaving out sodas has made a huge difference too.

Today's goal is to drink a whole gallon of water. If you want to really challenge yourself, try two gallons! Also, each day of the 30 day fitness challenge you can use this goal along with your exercise or food challenge!

  1. I did it!!! I just finished my gallon o' water! I'm gonna be up all night running to the potty, but I do feel better... not the least bit dehydrated for sure!!! Ready for tomorrow's challenge!
